Sorry to everyone that I did not post any updates on this blog. My personal life demanded more attention than I could spare for the radio.
To get to the point, I am just not cut out to put up blog posts and sometimes I need to ask my sister to help me with it a lot.
The End
Down, the owner of ASF-Radio brought us all some bad news a few days ago. Due to various reasons, this radio will need to die off and stop its operations like other products as the life cycle ends.
ASF Radio will cease operations on 18 January 2011
Before that date, I will be hosting several shows in the final two weekend nights. If I am lucky and do not have too much work, I may host the final broadcast.
Tomorrow night as normally scheduled will be my regular show. I am aiming to host much earlier (from around 9pm) if I am able to.
So tune in on the 7th, 8th, 9th, 14th, 15th, 16th (and maybe 17th) nights. I will be playing mostly requests and dedications for all. Please check the forums for other dates & times by other DJs at

Also if my soundcard problem is fixed, I hope to have guests to interview via skype, but no promises yet. I do promise you will hear me verbally before the end of the channel.
The big question now is, what will happen to the Mystery DJ?
After ASF Radio closes, I may no longer be a DJ on any radio until I settle down.
Additionally being a mystery is fun and exciting because for the first time almost no one knew who I really am, which gave me a chance to not be judged by my background or history.
ASF Radio was not the first radio I worked with, but is the first that I have spoken on air as a host. I may forget the fun times and technical difficulties when I had lots of listeners, but I will try not to forget that this was well worth my time.
It has been the a joy to entertain the handful of people, and I thank you for listening to me and ASF Radio.
Maybe I will return someday as the Mystery DJ, maybe I will not return.
